Rachael Ray's Official Website - Chicken Saag
I have to save this recipe -- it was so good and tasted closest to my favorite Indian restaurants. I am using this as a base recipe and will change it a little. Today I will making 2 dishes -one with collard greens/chicken and the other with eggplant and potatoes (and ramps)!
