TOdays Dinner shall be - Chicken Saag, thanks to Rachel Ray for a simple recipe -- Paneer Saag is my absolute favorite dish of all time, but I haven't been able to find any paneer near me here in WV (even in OH there weren't many Indian grocers) -- Paneer is Indian cheese -- it is so yummy, it is hard to describe!

Indian-Style Yellow Split Pea Curry (Matar Dal)
I love Indian food, I am not the best at cooking, I do remember many basics from my Indian friends that have taught me, but this recipe goes along with they way I do Indian! Yum Yum. THis is for the kids so I can't add any HOT peppers!
