TOdays Dinner shall be - Chicken Saag, thanks to Rachel Ray for a simple recipe -- Paneer Saag is my absolute favorite dish of all time, but I haven't been able to find any paneer near me here in WV (even in OH there weren't many Indian grocers) -- Paneer is Indian cheese -- it is so yummy, it is hard to describe!
